Hari Om Interior provides interior design consulting, space planning, custom furniture design, project management, and related services. We also offer furniture and decor items for purchase through our shop.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to project sites. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and plans created by Hari Om Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients may not reproduce or share designs without written permission.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received as per agreed terms.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and competently. However, we do not guarantee specific results. Third-party products and materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. We may use project photos and details for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, under Indian law.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
